Beautiful morning we woke up to, thanks to God. We had a good breakfast and headed to service at the Church on the Rock, in Kalingalinga. A small congregation that rents space in a YMCA building. The service and singing was amazing. The Holy Spirit was among us. Chris gave a powerful message and I was asked to speak for 5 minutes. It was an emotional time for me and I just shared Jesus with them. The praise team sang and danced to motivational and uplifting hymns. After the first service we headed over to Highlands Baptist Church. This service was also powerful and full of the Holy Spirit. The Zambian people are very vocal and festive when it comes to worship. We finished the morning with fellowship by meeting the whole congregation. Then it was off to Pastor Mumba sister's house, Esther, for lunch. The food was great. The chickens were killed and plucked in front of us before they fried them. Talk about fresh food, from coop to the fryer.... amazing. God is great. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and meet some people. Once we were finished with lunch, we went to the outdoor flea market. Some of the ladies brought bags and nicknacks. We were able to get back to the training center in time for dinner and devotions. We finished the night preparing for Monday, where we will go to the school for the first time. Everyone is excited and looking forward to meeting the children. We pray for all the people we met today and for all our families in the U.S. May God bless all. Good night and please check out the pictures.
