Thank you God for getting us to Zambia safely. After about 26 hrs of flying and waiting at the airports, we finally arrived in Lusaka, tired and happy the mission has begun. Our flight to Dubai was long and fun,, Emirates airlines was great,, fed us a ton, lots of laughs and fellowshipping. Our stay in Dubai airport consisted of walking from one terminal to another in a fast pace to make our flight to Zambia. The airport is big and crowded, with lots of duty free shops. Charlene, was not feeling well, but was able to pull through and board the plane. The last leg of the trip to Lusaka, was alittle over six hours, and we were tired. Again lots of food and lots of sleep. Arriving in Zambia felt great, we had a welcoming party, and everybody was joyful and full of thanks. God is great. Pastor Mumba, Joshua, his son and Slyvester and Webster, Lilian, Elijah, Angel the driver, made us feel really welcomed and they are so grateful that we are here. We are staying at Kalundu Training Center,, a nun training school, it is a nice place and we all have our own rooms with hot showers and hot meals. We took a drive into town, but we were all tired and hungry and agreed that rest was in need, so we returned, ate and some went to sleep. We can not believe, THAT WE ARE IN AFRICA. We pray for a peaceful night sleep and that the Lord strengthen us to begin His work, for His purpose and that we all glorify His Name.
Good night and enjoy the pics
